Do you develop and install textile waste recycling projects?
Yes. We develop and install textile waste recycling projects, including process planning, equipment selection and integration. The scope of installation, commissioning support and training is defined by the project contract.
Which types of needle boards can you make?
We make needle boards of any type to order, including plywood, aluminium and composite constructions. The design and needle arrangement are matched to the machine and production requirements.
Can you develop the needle pattern yourselves?
Yes. We develop the needle distribution pattern for your application. The work includes measurement, model verification, simulation, prototype manufacture and practical checks before production.
Do you manufacture spiked lattice conveyors?
Yes. We manufacture spiked lattice conveyors and lags to order, matching dimensions, materials and pin geometry to your machine. A full-width PVC belt with internally mounted lags makes the working surface easier to clean, while a removable hinge joint allows the belt to be opened for installation and repair.
Is prototype fitting part of a needle-board project?
Every needle-board order includes one or two on-site visits to fit the prototype on the customer’s machine. All associated expenses are included in the order price.
When does needle-board production start?
Only after the prototype has been checked on the customer’s machine. Measurement, model verification, simulation and prototype testing come before production.
What do you mean by a turnkey line?
We offer turnkey nonwoven production lines, working with equipment manufacturers. The scope of supply, work and responsibilities is agreed in the contract for each project.
Do photographs or drawings provide enough information?
Photographs, drawings and a description of the task help us begin the discussion. Usually, an existing needle board needs to be sent to us for measurement. We then verify the model, simulate operation, make a prototype and check it on the customer’s machine before starting production.
Can you develop equipment from scratch?
Yes. We develop modern equipment and components from the initial technical requirements through mechanical design, drawings and manufacturing documentation.
How are price and delivery time determined?
We prepare a quotation for the individual project after reviewing the technical requirements. The scope of supply, price and schedule are agreed for the order.
